Silver Swans Ballet – New Classes Starting This October
We’re excited to introduce two new Silver Swans Ballet classes this fall!
Developed by the Royal Academy of Dance, Silver Swans is designed with adults 55+ in mind, but is open to all ages and experience levels—from absolute beginners to seasoned dancers.
Led by licensed instructors, these welcoming, low-impact classes focus on:
Improving mobility, posture, and coordination
Boosting energy levels and overall well-being
Enjoying ballet movement set to beautiful music
Building connection and community
With both standing and seated options available, Silver Swans provides a supportive environment for everyone to move, dance, and thrive.
