We now have 3 Silver Swans (50+) Ballet classes including a new introductory class!
Silver Swan Ballet classes have been specifically designed for the over-50’s, but whatever your age, if you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active our ballet classes will put a spring in your step. Taught by licensed and experienced RAD and Silver Swans instructors.

Come see what Triple Heat Intensive Training Program dancers have been working on this season. The perfect ‘sneak peak’ showcase of what they will be performing at upcoming island festivals and competitions. This jam packed performance will highlight dancers ages 6 - 18 with every style of dance - ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and song and dance.
