✨THD Grad 2025 - Liv Garrett✨
A few words from Liv…
“My name is Liv, and I’ve been dancing with Triple Heat Dance for the past 13 years. Over that time, the studio has become more than just a place to train—it’s become my second home. I’ve grown up surrounded by my dance family, and the friendships, memories, and lessons I’ve gained here will stay with me forever.
As I take my next steps, I’m excited to continue sharing my passion by teaching dance and helping inspire the next generation of dancers. I’m also incredibly proud to represent Canadian hip hop on the international stage as I head to Europe to compete at the IDO World Championships.
In my whole 15 years of dancing, I’ve never taken it for granted. I have enjoyed every little moment whether good or bad. My teachers, and peers have shaped me to be the person I am today. I am incredibly grateful for everyone who I have met on the way, and for the opportunities that have been thrown my way.
I am excited to continue my time at Triple Heat with teaching. Dance will always be a part of me and I can’t wait to see where it takes me.”
We’ve had the privilege of watching you grow into the incredible dancer, teacher, and person you are today Liv! We are thrilled to have another year with you!

✨THD Grad 2025 - Eden Lissell✨
A few words from Eden…
Hi I’m Eden, I’ve been dancing for almost fifteen years!! I wouldn’t change that for anything.
Growing up I was always quite shy, but dance helped me grow into a confident, expressive person in many aspects. Becoming and staying a competitive dancer was an easy choice, and even through the hard work, sweat, and tears, quitting was never an option to me.
As I grew, naturally, so did my dancing. I began earning recognition, and even gaining awards through the years; but what’s always mattered most is how dance makes me feel — it’s my passion, my joy, and my safe place. Dance has made me into the person I am today, it’s taken me around world and It’s where I’ve found a second family.
Now, at 17, I’m stepping into a new chapter and because I have had an incredible foundation, I am confident in my future. Next season, I’ll be teaching multiple classes at THD, still dancing, and doing what I love most.
We are so proud of all your accomplishments Eden, and are thrilled to have you stay on dancing and teaching for another season at THD ♥️
