NYC 2025🗽

It’s hard to summarize our incredible trip in to a 1.5 minute clip. We had such a great time experiencing a little piece of New York. We had 3 days organized through a tour company and then some families chose to stay a few extra days to take in more of this magical city.

Day 1 - started the day off with a precision/kickline workshop with a former Rockette and Broadway performer, followed by a super informative tour of Radio City Music Hall, had dinner at Ellen’s Stardust Diner where the servers sing (so fun), then wrapping up the day with a Broadway Show - Chicago.

Day 2 - started the day off with another incredible workshop with a current cast member of Chicago where the dancers learned Fosse stylization and choreo from the show. The dancers had some free time to take in the St.Patrick Day Parade, followed by a little shopping on 5th ave. Dinner was at Virgil’s BBQ and then we were off to Rockefeller - Top of the Rock observation deck followed by ice skating at the iconic rink at Rockefeller Center.

Day 3: this day we had some free time to explore so a large group of us rented E-scooters & bikes and went around Central Park in the beautiful sunshine, then some of us split off and walked down 5th ave, some went to MOMA and then finished off the day with The Outsiders. This show was outstanding!!

Wish we could have spent a few more days together. We couldn’t have asked for a better group to travel with, the dancers, the parents , our tour guide and we sure lucked out with some spectacular weather.
