Kids Dance Classes & Lessons
Next week is our last week of classes before our two-week break, and we’re celebrating with Spring Spirit Week!
Each day has a different theme, and we can’t wait to see everyone join the fun. Tuesday is Tutu Day, and since it’s also St. Patrick’s Day, we’re saying go big and go green! Pull out your tutus, add some green, add some sparkle, and show off your best festive look.

At Triple Heat Dance we are so lucky to spend our days surrounded by strong, inspiring women — sharing, learning, growing, and creating together. Watching our dancers lift each other up, support one another, and build confidence both in and out of the studio is something truly special.

What an incredible 6 days at North Island Festival of Performing Arts.
Our dancers brought so much energy, heart, and passion to the stage at our very first competition of the season. We were thrilled to have multiple pieces selected for daily adjudicator picks and to receive some outstanding high scores throughout the week. But even more than that, we were proud of the way our dancers carried themselves, whether successful or disappointed.
Dancers you showed true team spirit, supported one another, and demonstrated beautiful sportsmanship both on and off the stage. That’s what makes this team so special.

Big thank you to Carla and the entire NIFPA team for running such a wonderful festival. It truly is a well-oiled machine, and we are so grateful to be part of it. We’re sorry we couldn’t fully attend the Dance Gala with all of our groups, but we were cheering everyone on from Nanaimo.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing parents who took time out of their busy days to volunteer, events like this simply don’t run without you.
And to our dance families… thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, the countless costume and hair changes, the carpooling, the backstage support, and the unwavering encouragement for your dancers and for our studio. Your commitment, positivity, and trust mean everything to us.

We are so excited to kick off our first two festivals/competitions of the season! As our Intensive Training Program dancers head into back-to-back events, we want to wish you all the very best of luck.
You have worked so hard in the studio, supported one another, pushed through challenges, and grown so much. We are beyond proud of the dedication, passion, and heart you bring to every rehearsal.
