MONTHLY TUITION FEES:
Monthly tuition fees are based on amount of hours of dancing per week. Tution fee payments are due on the 1st or 15th of each month (September 2024 to May 2025) . Payment information must be received by September 1st, 2024 once your monthly fee schedule is established.
If you would like to pay for your tuition in full please email the office. Payment must be received by September 15th, 2024 to receive an additional 5% discount

COSTUME FEES:
Each performance class requires a costume. Costumes range from $85 to $150, with a $50/per costume deposit to be paid by October 15th. The remainder of your costume fees are due by January 30th for ITP class costumes, and by May 1st for all other class costumes.
OTHER FEES:

| Festival & Competition Fees | vary significantly depending on class size, number of solo and small groups each dancer is participating in and competitions we are attending. |
| Late Fees |
Late payments (payments not made by the 15th of each month) are subject to a $25/month surcharge the first month and an additional $25/month each subsequent month thereafter. For example a late payment September would equal $25 and a second late payment in October would then be $50 etc. If you do require a tuition extension, please email, we are more than happy to arrange a payment plan so you don’t incur late fees, however we do require communication. |

We accept cash, cheque and credit cards in office, e-transfers to info@tripleheatdance.com and credit card online through our parent portal on our website. All fees are due no later than the 15th of each month (September to May).
