Little Feet & Mini Summer Dance Camp – ‘Disney Theme’
Date: July 8-12, 2024
Ages: 4-8
Hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Little Feet Level – Ages 4-6
Mini Level – Ages 6-8

Are you looking for a fun, engaging and safe summer activity for your child? Join us for our popular summer dance camp for children ages 4 to 8. This years theme is “Disney”. During this fun filled week, your young dancer will participate in the perfect mix of four of our most popular dance styles – ballet, hip hop. jazz and musical theatre. Children will also participate in specialty Disney themed dance classes, arts/crafts and games.
Classes are taught by our experienced in house faculty. This camp is sure to allow the young child to develop their joy in movement, express themselves through dance and art in a nurturing environment.

July ITP Intensive 2024
Dates: July 15-19, 2024
Ages: 8+ (all experienced dancers welcome, you don’t need to be a THD student register)

Level 1 – Ages 8-10 $360 plus GST
Level 2 – Ages 11-13 $450 plus GST

Our goal at THD is to provide instruction from highly specialized and sought after dance professionals from across BC to our local dancers in the summer months – bringing the big city to you! Our July intensives is focused on building technique and strength while experiencing working with new teachers and styles. Classes included in both intensives are ballet, jazz technique, contemporary, stretch & strength, and Acro. We may also incorporate some specialty classes each day. Our special guest teachers, along with our incredible in house faculty, will ensure dancers enjoy their week of sharing, growing and creating together. We welcome dancers training with other schools.

THD Production Camp 2024 – 100 Years of Broadway!
Date: August 12-22nd – 9 DAYS!! (no class on Saturday and Sunday)
Ages: 8-15
Hours: 5 hrs per day – Schedule will be sent a few weeks prior to camp start date.
Price: $475.00 plus GST *$75 non-refundable deposit due at registration
Join us this summer for our very popular Musical Theatre Production Camp. This 9-day camp is designed for all experience levels; Children and youth, ages 8-15, will take classes in dance (Broadway Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre), group vocal training, drama and acting games. The students, in their age groups, will learn pieces from popular Broadway Musicals. These numbers will be put together to create a mini production to be performed on the final day before friends and family in a theatre setting. Due to to the high demand we have expanded the ages of this camp.
Level A – Ages 8-10
Level B – Ages 11/12
Level C – Ages 13-15

August Ballet Boot Camp (part 2)
August – RAD Ballet Boot Camp – Part 2 is a four day ballet based intensive focusing on Royal Academy of Dance syllabus work taught by Grace Harvey and Michelle Hillier. Non RAD classes include open ballet, pointe and variations with Andrea Robyn Bayne (Ballet Master of Ballet Victoria Conservatory); broadway jazz and modern stage with Paul Gerritsen; and conditioning for dance with Rachel Schilberg. This intensive is open to all our students looking for extra summer training – the intensive will be pro-rated if not taking your ballet exam in the fall and doing the RAD classes.
