We are pleased to offer short 6 week adult sessions of Tap and Hip Hop for our 2020/21 season.
Adult Tap is a fun way to combine elements of rhythm, timing, and coordination.
Adult Hip Hop is a groovy way to enjoy an evening out, get your sweat on, and have a dance party. Learn party moves, across the floor, and combos.
Adult ballet incorporates fundamental elements of ballet with traditional conditioning and aerobic fitness to provide a wonderful exercise experience. – We currently don’t have any classes scheduled for the 2020/21 season, however we are working on finding space in our schedule.
All forms of adult classes will help improve fitness, posture, flexibility, balance, coordination and overall strength.
