Adult ballet incorporates fundamental elements of ballet with traditional conditioning and aerobic fitness to provide a wonderful exercise experience.
Adult Tap is a fun way to combine elements of rhythm, timing, and coordination.
Adult Hip Hop is a groovy way to enjoy an evening out, get your sweat on, and have a dance party. Learn party moves, across the floor, and combos.
All forms of adult classes will help improve fitness, posture, flexibility, balance, coordination and overall strength. We have 4 sessions to choose from.
