We are excited to offer Adult Tap and Ballet class sessions for the 2019/2020 season. Adult ballet incorporates fundamental elements of ballet with traditional conditioning and aerobic fitness to provide a wonderful exercise experience. Adult Tap is a fun way to combine elements of rhythm, timing, and coordination. Both forms of adult classes will help improve fitness, posture, flexibility, balance, coordination and overall strength. We have 4 sessions to choose from.
If you sign up for 2 sessions you recieve a 5% discount, 3 sessions 7.5% discount and a 10% discount for all 4 sessions.
